You might want to play with the amounts – when I make I literally put in what I am craving and see how it goes. Random I know. What you want to aim for is a consistency that will stick together 👌🏻
1 cup almonds
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup desiccated or shredded coconut
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon rice malt syrup ( or honey )
1 scoop vanilla protein ( vegan )
Blend. Roll. Refrigerate. Enjoy.
